stacking healing breezes on same target?
is this a waste? or will they really stack and allow the healed target to regen at twice the rate? thanks

Doing it yourself twice on someone im pretty sure its just a waste. It just resets the durration to it original i believe. Im not too sure if two monks put healing breaze on one target though. I think that may stack. If it doesnt it should IMO.

Digitalblast has it mostly correct. Two healing breezes from the same caster will just reset the timer. However, they do not stack from two different casters. The more powerful breeze prevails.

By more powerful I mean if you have two healing breezes cast on you, one that gives you 5 pips of regen and one that gives you 7, you'll get the 7 pips until that one runs out no matter when the 5 pip is cast. Once the 7 pip ends, if the 5 pip is still in effect, you'll get that until it runs out.
